All orders are shipped via UK Express Tracked 48** Carrier Service, Delivery dates and times may vary. We provide same day dispatch orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday.

We aim to process all orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday & on the same day. During busy periods there can be delays, but we will always aim to get the order processed and out the same day.

Any orders received on a Friday after 4pm maybe dispatched on the same day or they will be dispatched the following Monday morning. Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday.

If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.

Please note delivery time frames may be impacted during the Festive & Holiday period.
