Nails are really strong now. They did keep flaking and breaking. Not sure my knees have got any better but is having some positive effect but will keep on and will order again

This, as mentioned previously, is in my opinion the very best hydrolysed beef collagen, and probably everywhere else in the country. I have bought before, and will buy again. Glad they produce this multi peptide form - good fine powder and dissolves well to make a nice 'smooth' coffee. Have taken for a number of months now - produces results. Knee twinge gone - at 85 years old - no wrinkles even after losing weight. ;o))
