Returns & Refund Policy

At BeYouty Collagen, We pride ourselves on providing outstanding Customer Service, upmost quality products adhered to high standards. If, however, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, products or shipment, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you purchase products from BeYouty Collagen online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.

If you choose to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund (unless faulty).

Changing your mind does not cover items that have been opened or used unless they are faulty or not as described. As our unique Supplements & Collagen products are an ingestible High Grade Purity Food Supplement, once the packaging seal is opened the right to change your mind does not apply and we cannot accept returns due to quality control and health & safety protocols.

We take great care in producing our products and cannot re-stock supplement products once they have found to be open, worn or damaged upon reaching our facility. Any previously approved refund or replacement will not be honoured..

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you select your items carefully before completing your purchase.

We are able to accept returns of our products If we have processed your order in error or if we have failed to action your request (provided it was before Midnight, the day before your upcoming order date). In this instance, please contact our BeYouty Customer Care Team via the contact details stated below.
Please note that items returned without notifying us and without using our authorised return process & consent will not qualify for a refund or replacement
